Vitki Data, LLC (“Vitki Data,” “we,” “us”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML throughout the site (headings, landmarks, lists, labels).
  • Keyboard-navigable interface — all interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse.
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements.
  • Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately.
  • Responsive design that supports text resizing up to 200% without loss of content.
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second.
  • Descriptive link text rather than “click here” patterns.

Known Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are aware of the following areas under active improvement:

  • Third-party scripts: Cloudflare’s challenge platform and Turnstile widget are outside our direct control. We monitor their accessibility status through Cloudflare’s published updates.
  • PDF reports: Automated PDF reports generated by our scan service may not be fully screen-reader accessible. We provide equivalent HTML email content for all scan results.
