What we do
Vitki Data builds REST APIs that deliver property listings, building permits, job postings, and market intelligence — enriched with dozens of government data fields from the Census Bureau, FBI, FEMA, BLS, HUD, and more.
Our first product, the Real Estate API, scrapes Redfin listings and enriches each property with 48 government data fields including census demographics, crime rates, flood zones, walk scores, and home price trends. No manual geocoding. No data cleaning. Just structured JSON ready for your application.
Why we exist
Good real estate data is expensive. The major providers charge thousands per month for access to property records, and even then the data often arrives raw — no geocoding, no enrichment, no cross-referencing.
We believe that most of the enrichment data people pay for is already publicly available through government APIs. The hard part is collecting, normalizing, geocoding, and joining it. That's what we do. You get enriched data at a fraction of the cost.
